If these are NOT the name and e-mail address you wish to be added, updated or removed, PLEASE instruct us otherwise by giving YOUR OWN details in the body of the e-mail you send! This applies especially IF YOU SEND THE E-MAIL FROM AN ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT YOURS (e.g. from a friend's computer or so). NEVER change the subject line of the e-mail!
