Presidents
Our Presidents this year are Jasper Kingsley and Michael King.
Jasper is a final year Social Science student from Nigeria. He loves being part of
this wonderful community at Kent because of the way it brings people from all
different backgrounds together as a family. Jasper would like to do all he can to
attract new people to the Cathsoc and wishes that it may bless all members as
much as it has blessed him.
Michael is an astrophysicist in his final year. He enjoys music, martial arts and
creative writing. He wishes to make himself accessible to the entire society as
often as he can by being active and bringing in new members, and so make the Cathsoc
a second home for them — a place where people can live and strengthen their faith
for the years ahead.

SVP President
The President of our SVP Group is Sam Penney.
He is a first year student from Liverpool who has just arrived at Kent.
Sam is looking forward to serve the community through SVP. He hopes that
many students will join our SVP Group this year and share his enthusiasm
about the valuable voluntary service it provides to the needy.
